It's important to us that we keep your information safe and secure. In order to help Spotlight Series Holdings Inc. (d/b/a) Blueprint provide, maintain, protect and improve our services (the “Services”), Blueprint shares information with a few other partners, vendors and trusted organizations (“Service Providers”) to process the information on our behalf in accordance with our instructions, our Services Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality, security or other requirements. These Service Providers will only have access to the information they need to provide the Services.
You can find information on these Service Providers we work with below, including what data we share with them, or they provide to us, the services they provide for Blueprint and links to their respective privacy policies or other documents that govern how they handle the information they process on our behalf.
Like any other organization, we also use “IT” business services or internal tools such as Gmail, Google Drive, and Slack to operate our organization (“Internal Tools”). These Internal Tool services may incidentally contain personal information (e.g., email address or contact handle) and we apply the Service Provider restrictions described above and have included these in a separate chart below.
There are a few Service Providers that we also utilize in providing (or in connection with) the Blueprint website (the “Website”), but which are not utilized in logged-in areas in the Blueprint Platform where we provide the Services. | Blueprint does not share any personal information directly with Tap Video. Tap Video (on behalf of Blueprint) collects application usage data (as set forth below) from Blueprint users only and does not collect any user personally identifiable data. There is no user personal information shared for use of the player and content by Blueprint users, and the data is not stored by Tap.Video. Application usage data collected includes the activity performed (e.g. play button pressed, frame tapped, etc.), when the activity was performed and whether or not the action was successful. All of this information is stored locally on the Tap.Video server and includes software performance metrics (e.g. video load times, load errors, etc.) and is shared with Blueprint.kids. The technical performance data is user agnostic and does not contain personal or private information as it is entirely system generated. |
